Our practitioners and patient care coordinators come to you! Mobile Care was designed to increase ease on the patient and family by offering our services in the patient’s home or supporting healthcare facility. In addition, for new amputees, mobile care allows our representatives the opportunity to evaluate the patient’s daily environment and identify additional resources that might be necessary for rehabilitation. Patients are also welcome to receive treatment at our business location if a clinical setting is preferred.

RAPID TURNAROUND TIME

With an in-house fabrication laboratory, Robard Bionics maintains control over production and turnaround time. Our priority is to jumpstart the patient’s journey to success with our commitment to delivering the prosthesis within one to two weeks following a physical evaluation. If you are a new amputee, our delivery time will typically be coordinated with your physical therapy schedule, giving you the opportunity for training and education as you embark upon this new rehabilitation process. Furthermore, we will cater our delivery times to the requests of your family. Whether you are new to prosthetic care or a seasoned amputee, our efficiency keeps you moving!

CONTINUOUS FOLLOW UP CARE

Our partnership continues long after delivery of the prosthesis. Patients receive monthly calls from our patient care coordinators to ensure their satisfaction. When needed, our practitioners will make follow up visits to verify fit, identify changes, and provide adjustments to maintain the patient’s ongoing success.
